Youth Leadership Symposium (YLS) is a six-month program that prepares youth to lead in local congregations and supports them in designing and implementing their own project for their home Church. This is not a leadership team, but rather a leadership lab where High School age youth can explore their gifts, receive wisdom from other leaders, and imagine new possibilities for their local congregation. Participants attend in person through "Pod" locations in their geographic area, or from home via Zoom. Learn more.
Young Adult Leadership Symposium is a six-month program that prepares people to lead in local congregations, on campus, or in the community. Much of YALS is asynchronous, through videos and readings. In person meetings are held with mentors and cohort groups each month, reflecting on what they learned and imagining how it can be applied.
