Our speaker is Nancy Bernasek. With a B.A. in Communication from Arizona State University, Nancy will be presenting the topic of "Conflict Resolution Through Understanding Communication Styles." Nancy worked in the behavioral health field with adults, children and families who are differently-abled. In a two-part workshop, Nancy will be discussing the basics of communication styles and most importantly how to use that information to deal with conflict. Nancy states: "Conflict is inevitable in all relationships."
