Congratulations and best wishes to Casas Adobes Congregational Senior Pastor Rev. Michael Bush and his new husband, Scott who got married this month in Michigan!

Margaret Kofron visited The Good Shepherd UCC on May 24 to share about her experience as a Global Mission Intern in Beirut, Lebanon where she served with Forum for Development, Culture, and Dialogue. Many at the church remember Margaret from her work there as the director of faith formation and community engagement coordinator a few years ago.  She's presently in seminary at Christian Theological School in Indianapolis, Indiana.

2026 BROWN ENDOWMENT SCHOLARS: UCF (United Church Funds) recently awarded more than $150,000 in scholarships through the Richard and Helen Brown Endowment to 21 recipients preparing for ministry. The Brown Scholarship serves as a long-term investment in the future of the church by supporting the education and formation of both emerging and active leaders. CLICK HERE to read more. 

Black Mountain UCC has been granted the designation of Dementia-Friendly Church. More than 50% of its membership has participated in a Dementia-Friendly workshop to begin creating a safe and respectful place for people living with dementia and their caregivers. The Sunday bulletins contain weekly tips to help toward a better understanding of dementia and to develop a continuous awareness on how to be a Dementia-Friendly Church.

The Tucson Marshallese UCC congregation has outgrown its previous space at the Church of the Painted Hills UCC and now calls Rincon Congregational home. The installation service for Pastor Risen is on August 16 at 3:00 pm at Rincon.
