UCF SUES TO BLOCK ENFORCEMENT OF TEXAS LAW

UCF, the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR) and Ceres filed a lawsuit on November 10 to block broad enforcement of a new Texas law that threatens investors’ ability to receive expert, values-aligned guidance.
