2021 Ecumenical Advocacy Days

April 03, 2021 in Faith In Action

This year’s Ecumenical Advocacy Days (EAD) is happening soon! The annual conference and lobby day will be held virtually this year, making it even easier to attend, on April 18 to 21. Our theme, “Imagine! God’s Earth and People Restored,” will provide an opportunity for participants to advocate for climate justice and hear from voices of communities and partners most vulnerable to climate impacts due to historic racial and colonial inequities. The event will include power faith and environmental justice speakers such as Bishop Michael Curry (Episcopal Church USA), Jacqui Patterson (NAACP) and others over four days of worship, workshops, advocacy training, and a lobby day on April 21st.

The United Church of Christ has long participated in, sponsored and supported EAD, and we hope you will join in continuing this tradition by registering today! We will be hosting a UCC denominational gathering to meet together and network with UCC staff and leadership who will attend. More details coming soon!

Register and encourage others to join you by sharing on Facebook or Twitter!

“Early Bird” registration is only $25 now through April 7th. Join us!
