July 17, 2017

Call to Action

Please call and email ICE:

1) Call the regional Field ICE Director, Corey Price, at 915-856-2317. If you can't get through, please email him at corey.a.price@ice.dhs.gov.

2) Email U.S. ICE Director Homan at thomas.homan@ice.dhs.gov.

Call the regional Deputy Field ICE Director, Diane Witte, at 915-856-5508.

ur message to ICE: "I write to express support for Kadhim Al-Bumohammed, A# 071 674 058, who has been ordered to report for removal in Albuquerque, NM on July 13th. Kadhim is an Iraqi national who has lived in the US for 26 years and cannot be deported under the current federal court ruling. Due to his service with the US military leading Cultural and Linguistics training with his wife, deportation to Iraq puts him at great risk of torture and even death. He needs to be home with his daughter and wife, and, given his severe medical conditions, he needs to be able to access his doctor and medical care. Doctors have noted that detention and deportation would be of grave danger for Mr. Al-bumohammed.  I urge Director _______ to issue an immediate stay of deportation and join Mr. Al-Bumohammed in a motion to re-open his case."
