All clergy and MIDs with standing in the Southwest Conference are invited to the 2026 Southwest Conference Clergy Retreat, November 16–18 at the Redemptorist Renewal Center in Tucson.
Ministry cannot thrive without rest—not simply time away, but intentional time to reconnect with God, with one another, and with the quiet places within ourselves that we too often overlook. When we neglect that space, we risk running empty while trying to lead others toward fullness.
Rest is not indulgent. Rest is part of how we honor and sustain the sacred calling we have received.
We invite you to retreat for a time that is not about fixing, producing, performing, or checking things off a list, but simply BEING.
Come for prayer.
Come for laughter.
Come for quiet.
Come for meaningful connection with colleagues.
Come for renewal.
And yes, perhaps even come to sleep in without guilt.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CLERGY-ONLY RETREAT
The Southwest Conference Clergy Retreat is designed specifically for clergy and MIDs with standing in the Southwest Conference. To preserve the trust, confidentiality, collegiality, and shared covenant of this gathering, guests, spouses, partners, family members, and friends may not participate in retreat activities.
This includes meals, worship, retreat sessions, programs, facilitated conversations, and fellowship gatherings. These spaces are reserved exclusively for registered Southwest Conference clergy and MID retreat participants.
We recognize that some participants may wish to travel with a spouse, partner, family member, or friend. The Redemptorist Renewal Center permits individuals to stay on the grounds as private retreatants, subject to room availability. Such individuals must register in advance directly with Miki at the Redemptorist Renewal Center and pay the applicable fees directly to the retreat center.
Registration as a private retreatant does not include participation in Southwest Conference clergy retreat meals, sessions, worship, programs, or other retreat activities.
Registration Deadline: All Southwest Conference retreat participants must register and pay by October 11, 2026.
Because lodging, meals, and retreat arrangements must be finalized in advance, individuals who arrive onsite without advance registration will not be permitted to participate in the Southwest Conference Clergy Retreat.
