Lombard Mennonite Peace Center

Leadership Development Through Family Systems program

August 05, 2023 in Annual Meeting

From Lombard Mennonite Peace Center:

We would like to invite you to sign up for our Leadership Development Through Family Systems program.

Why might this program be suitable for you? Leaders today face many challenges. In this time of increased anxiety and stress, we need leaders who focus on their own integrity, functioning, and the nature of their presence rather than look for quick-fix solutions or fancy techniques. In this program, you will be challenged to invest in your own emotional maturity and functioning as a way to enhance your sense of calm and differentiation of self. You will have the opportunity to build a cohort of like-minded leaders facing similar journeys and challenges.

Dates:

Cohort A (online, Oct. 23-25, Feb. 19-21, and Apr. 22-24)

Cohort B (Raleigh, NC, Nov. 6-8, Feb. 26-28, and Apr. 29-May 1)

Cohort C (Keller, TX, Dec. 4-6, Jan. 8-10, and Mar. 18-20)

Cost: Early bird registration rate $1,075 if you sign up before September 11th; the regular rate is $1,275 after that.

Trainers: LMPC Executive Director Jay Wittmeyer with the assistance of Tammy Martens

Experiences: Exploring family history and self-differentiation, the chance to share personal case study examples and much more.
